Malaysian Dental Health Foundation

Promoting equitable access to quality oral healthcare for all Malaysians

Registered as Malaysian Dental Health Foundation Berhad (Company No. 1669109-W)

Leadership

In 2026, Dr. Gavin Quek founded the Malaysian Dental Health Foundation (MDHF). The MDHF is a registered Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG) - a formal nonprofit structure in Malaysia designed for the highest level of accountability, governance, and public trust.

MDHF was founded with a clear purpose: to promote equitable access to quality oral healthcare for all Malaysians, especially disadvantaged and marginalised communities.

We do not operate clinics and we do not charge patients. Instead, we function as a structured national referral connector, working exclusively with verified partner organisations to identify eligible beneficiaries and link them with volunteer private dental professionals who provide pro bono treatment at their discretion.

Our commitment is to transparency, proper documentation, and responsible stewardship - ensuring that care is delivered ethically, safely, and with dignity to those who need it most.

With YB Dato’ Mohd Ridha bin Abd Kadir, State Secretary of Johor (2026)
